01About

I've spent the last 7 years scaling consumer products.

I joined AllTrails as the 30th employee. I built and led the product growth team responsible for the full funnel, from onboarding to monetization and retention. Before that, I was a growth-stage software investor at Spectrum Equity.

We scaled AllTrails to 80M+ global users, grew paying subscribers >5x into the millions, and won Apple's 2023 App of the Year.

Now I'm an advisor and fractional product manager for consumer startups. I'm hands-on: designing and prototyping flows, running pricing and packaging studies, shipping experiments alongside the team.

You'll find me playing tennis, watching tennis, sailing, skiing, mountain biking, and visiting my family in Europe and Asia.

2017 — 2019

Analyst at Spectrum Equity

I was on the core deal teams behind $100M of investments: AllTrails ($70M) and DataCamp ($30M). The AllTrails deal was 2018, back when it was a team of 12.

2019 — 2024

Product at AllTrails

Employee #30, started as Chief of Staff, then stood up the product growth team. Hired PMs and engineers, and ran hundreds of experiments as we scaled to 250+ people and reached $100M ARR.
